After submitting the application and placing it in the catalog, the Exhibitor is obliged to pay a fee for the Cat, regardless of whether the Cat will be assessed or absent / FiFe Exhibition Regulations – chapter 1.15 points E
The original payment confirmation must be presented at the entrance to the Exhibition. If the payment is not made by the required deadline and there is no confirmation, Cat Club Sopot has the right to charge a fee according to the published price list.

After June 24, 2024, it is not possible to withdraw the Cat from the Exhibition , and no additional wishes will be accepted after this date. The Organizer reserves the right not to admit you to the Exhibition without giving a reason.

Submitting an application is tantamount to consent to the processing and publication of personal data and the processing of the applicant’s image by the Organizer of the Cat Club Sopot Exhibition and acceptance of all its arrangements.
The judges’ judgment is final and cannot be protested.

ATTENTION:
⦁ For Cat Club Sopot members, a PLN 50 discount when registering each Cat for 2 days of the Exhibition.
⦁ Individual assessment of a kitten from a reported litter – PLN 80.00 for 1 day, PLN 100.00 for 2 days of the Exhibition.
⦁ Discounts cannot be combined. The discounts do not apply to the individual assessment of the Kitten from the Litter.
⦁ The Organizer does not provide chairs to Exhibitors.
⦁ Exhibitors choose the cage(s) themselves, depending on the number of cats entered. Due to this, the wish list will not be taken into account.
⦁ It is the Exhibitor’s responsibility to hang the catalog number of the cat(s) on the cage (catalog numbers with tags will be in the envelopes with the Exhibition Documents).
⦁ The litter cannot be a GUEST OF THE SHOW
⦁ The handling fee for payment after closing of applications and for handling payments at the Exhibition is PLN 100.00 per Exhibitor, does not apply to foreign Exhibitors.
⦁ Exhibition cages dimensions: 60x60cm, height 65cm. The cages do not have a full bottom, only a mesh.
⦁ Catalog of Cats entered in electronic version.
⦁ Ticketed exhibition. Tickets can only be purchased at the Exhibition site, no electronic payment, cash only. Normal ticket – PLN 20, Reduced ticket – PLN 10, Children up to 6 years old – Admission free.
⦁ Diplomas will be awarded after Best In Show.
⦁ Early issuance of the diploma and leaving the Exhibition costs PLN 50 per Cat

RULES OF PARTICIPATION IN THE EXHIBITION:
Only cats that are over 4 months old, are included in the Catalog and have undergone veterinary inspection can participate in the Exhibition area. In accordance with the applicable FiFe and FPL regulations, Cats must remain in cages throughout the duration of the Exhibition. Please submit your color request on the Exhibition application form. The Organizer reserves the right to correct the Exhibition program . It is not allowed to sell cats during the exhibition. An exhibitor selling Cats on the exhibition grounds will be removed from the exhibition and the Cats will be recorded as absent (also if the cat has already been assessed).
VETERINARY CONDITIONS:
⦁ Cats participating in the Exhibition must be chipped (also applies to litters), healthy, and free from infectious and parasitic diseases. They must have a health certificate issued by a veterinarian no earlier than 3 days before the EXHIBITION.
⦁ The exhibitor must have a health booklet or passport for each cat.
⦁ Vaccinations against herpesvirus, calicivirus and panleukopenia are obligatory and must be performed no earlier than 2 years and no later than 15 days before the Exhibition. Kittens (Litter) must be vaccinated at least twice against viral diseases, secondary vaccination no later than 15 days before the Exhibition.
⦁ Rabies vaccinations are only required for cats from foreign breeders.
⦁ White cats must have a hearing certificate (FIFe Exhibition Regulation, Art. 15).
⦁ Cats exhibited must have their claws shortened. (FIFe Exhibition Regulation 3.4).
⦁ If, when admitting a cat to an exhibition or during the exhibition, a veterinarian finds symptoms of disease in the Cat, such Cat, together with other Cats belonging to a given Exhibitor, will be immediately removed from the exhibition hall. (FIFe Exhibition Regulations 3.8)
